Council Headquarters Conference Room

As you approach the doors of the conference room, the man at the door asks for your badge. When you indicate to him that you do, in fact, have a seat in this room, he directs you to your section. You sit in the room, surrounded by other dignitaries, and listen very closely through the headset attached to your seat, and follow along on the screen provided.

Dahlia and Frederika

Frederika - Russian Represetative "You, and I do not always have control over everyone, Dahlia." Frederika's eyes narrow on the floor plan, she glares looking for structural weak points, and escape routes. "A team from the Housing Authority, they know blueprints like children know toys. Gas men?" She nods. "This may solve our problem. I am unsatisfied by our one opportunity to do this. We cannot overplay our hand."

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America "You're right. We can't." She looked deep in thought.

Frederika - Russian Represetative "What are your feelings on bait?" Frederika stops eyeing the layout, and turns to Dahlia. "Does America have an expendable it would be willing to gamble?"

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America "We could always tell her twin sister that they can see each other there without us objecting - and then there is two potential problems gone with one stone."

Frederika - Russian Represetative "Did you intend to send both girls away? Tell her? We cannot tell her anything, we have to keep her conspicuously unaware. She knows that we know they are twins. She doesn't know that we know they are both loose ends. We have to fabricate some files for the politsiya to 'find'. We need a techie, someone who can whip something up that looks authentic. If we can fool one into meeting the other, because they think we are scanning their past, starting with the house. It could get them to both go running back to make sure they didn't leave anything incriminating behind."

Dahlia Moon Council Member Representative of America You simple, unimaginative half-wit. Dahlia thought as she glared at Frederika and smirked, as ambiguously as she was able for a split second. "In your scenario you do understand that we would still be informing them? Taking credit for thoughts that are not your own informally is pathetic. Sandra López will be told their home will be a safe haven. Off the top of my head something along the lines of Blah, blah, blah, due to passing of your mother and father insert appropraite name here, their unfortunate deaths, and sanctity of family. The Council refuses to desecrate their memories by taint the memories of the López family. Blah, blah, blah, this is a peace offering extended to the López family. It makes us look, dignified, civilized."
